Michael Landon (Little House on the Prairie) produces and stars in this story based upon the real life experience of newsman John Everingham, who in 1977 Laos is wrongfully accused of spying. He is taken into custody, severely interrogated and subsequently deported from the country, with orders to never return. Twelve months later, Everingham returns with plans to rescue the woman he loves, a native Laotian played by Moira Chen. Jurgen Prochnow (Das Boot), Priscilla Presley (Naked Gun) and Edward Woodward (The Equalizer) star in supporting roles in this action-filled feature.
